Nextiva Fax provides a robust email/online fax service. Using the Nextiva Fax service, you can send faxes througt email, from Microsoft Office aplications, from their web portal and a regular fax machine if you have one. You receive faxes in your email account or through Nextiva Faxs web interface. Incoming faxe notification can be sent to 5 users. You can set up in which file format you want to receive faxes including PDF and TIFF. Other file formats are also supported. Customer support is US based. No set up fee and free trial offer is avaialble for the Basic Fax package. What we don't like about the Nextiva Fax service is that only one person per account can send faxes and only five users can get incoming fax notifications.

And the other thing we don't like is, though Nextiva is only online fax service that gives you the option to send faxes through a regular fax machine, it requires a Nextiva fax adapter that costs $150. Though its a great feature, we don't think many will use it because of the cost of the adapter.
